Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) installer now available

Hi, I've now added support for installing Ubuntu 16.04 to the Xen Shell. Your instance of the Xen Shell will need to be version 1.48bitfolk36. If you have an old copy hanging around, log out of it completely and SSH to it again. I would not recommend attempting to use ZFS unless you have a lot more than the default 1GiB memory (and then you'll still need a separate ext4 /boot).
