Installer now available for Ubuntu 24.04 (Noble Numbat)

Hi,

Self-install of Ubuntu 24.04 (Noble Numbat) is now available from
the Xen Shell. Thanks for your patience on this; I'm sorry it's
taken so long.

It remains possible of course to upgrade in place from Ubuntu 22.04
with the "do-release-upgrade" command.
