You might have it warn if the nameservers don't respond with NS records
for the zone, but I wouldn't have it not allow it. And I *especially*
wouldn't want it to drop the delegation if suddenly it stopped
responding for the zone.

+1 from me. My VPS's only real role is offsite dns for my own sites. I'm
thinking about setting up a VPN for accessing UK-only sites *cough* but
I haven't done that yet.
