Unlike apt-cacher.lon.bitfolk.com, test-cacher does have an IPv6
address, and hosts tend to use those first if they think they have
IPv6 connectivity. So those with broken IPv6 will encounter
problems.
Please do send in a support ticket so we can get your IPv6 fixed for
you.
