I'm looking for a new provider after a profoundly unsatisfying support experience from 123 Reg after they bought out Supanames.

My POP3 email collection was failing on a works-one-time-in-five basis. I made clear I was using Linux and included server settings, asking them to verify they were still valid after the migration. I received a very short response telling me to check my server settings
