Also: would a hard cut disturb the Xen shell access? If not, a hard cut after a certain
amount of traffic and/or time without response from the customer could be an option.
Further (but still SMOP), an analysis in cases of sudden spikes could trigger automatic
blocking of specific URIs, to dam up the sudden traffic from a meme gone viral. That
should, of course, be up to the customer to sort out, but I'm sure you could offer an
out-of-the-box experience as a service for a setup or monthly fee (if you want to).
