I’m using vultr (at Singapore, Seoul, Sydney,
Bangalore and Mumbai)
and it works quite well.
I'm using vultr in Singapore, but I often experience ipv6 weirdness -
that might not be a vultr thing, but don't notice similar problems
elsewhere.
