I've found Linode to be /okay/ and I see they have datacentres in
Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo. However I've only used them myself in
Newark, Fremont and Frankfurt.
Not always the easiest to successfully get email accepted from and
IPv6 has been a little flaky.
