Presumably you know your own IP address already so you can check.

If you can set your own reverse DNS then you can exempt yourself if
you are listed. If you can't set your own reverse DNS then you
probably shouldn't try this, as there will be other local blocklists
that deny by common patterns of "end user" ISP hostnames.
Don't forget you'll need all the usual: matching forward and
reverse DNS< proper HELO name, SPF, DKIM and possibly DMARC.
