Yeah, it is a known problem with that particular server; all the VMs
have their time offset occasionally by that amount due to some bug
in Xen and ntpd (or whatever) has to reset it.
If this is causing you problems I am happy to move your VPS to a
different server; open a ticket and we will sort it out.
