Which ISP are you all using - we've noticed a
few problems with Virgin
Media and peering to UK ISPs at work...
The JANET super-network *might* be experiencing this. And by
this I mean that I am recognising the mentioned symptoms,
but have done no significant research into verifying that
they are the same thing....
