I can't say I've noticed any problems, and I'm SSH'd in almost
constantly. My host is i.je and I think it's on kwak.
At this point, I will suggest http://f8lure.mouselike.org/
It pings once per second and monitors min/avg/max/loss so it might be
quite useful for those of you seeing problems.
