[bitfolk] Terms and Conditions update (no actual changes in terms)

Hi, BitFolk's Terms and Conditions at http://bitfolk.com/policy/terms.html were modified today. The modifications were purely typographical and grammar-related and do not represent any change in actual T's&C's. I mention it only because the document has a "last modified" date and we promised to notify this list of any updates. Probably what we should do is just publish a revision history so that trivial changes such as this don't need an announce email.
