Same here. Timeouts, huge ping latency and then everything normal again. And
then timeout... fafa.
At first I tought it's because of my location (Estonia), but now...
And I'm on Faustino.

I've now captured one of these pauses and, apart from a tell-tale absence
of packets during the pause, there's nothing that I can see amiss. There
are only half a dozen packets over the "pause" window, some of which are
(attempted?) retransmissions.
