Ages ago (April last year) Paul Stimpson said: I have been a very happy user of 123-Reg for many years. (Mind you, it helped that I knew one of the people who set it up.) But there have been two WTFs in the past fortnight. First, renewal dates for some domains were wrong (several days in the past, rather than months into the future). Now their shopping basket has three renewals in: two for domains not due for renewal until September 2014 and one which was renewed this morning. I cannot remove them from the basket. I find it difficult to believe that the fact that both these WTFs would result in me paying them money unnecessarily is a coincidence. I am about to give portfast.com a go (they're close enough to visit in case of problems) but if anyone knows why 123-Reg have become so incredibly crap recently, do let me know. Ian
