Nothing back from Microsoft yet, I won't be holding my breath.
If the situation doesn't improve soon then I'll probably try Mandrill
(thanks for the tip Richard), I don't see myself building up a decent
rep with such a low mail volume any time soon.
Also, thanks for the offer Andy, will let you know if the IP is the
issue but I somewhat doubt it. One thing I can say for certain (from
being a long term customer) is you are sh*t-hot at maintaining order
with all your monitoring etc, so I can most definitely confirm that it's
not an issue with your IP space!

Personally I'd just
relay them if it's causing you grief - life's too
short. I haven't tried SES, but Mandrill (the servers behind Mailchimp)
give you 12k per month for free...
