I don't think you'll really find that cost effective at BitFolk,
unfortunately. The main issue will be the amount of RAM needed.
Since it doesn't really send email and is perhaps not mission
critical I might be tempted to rent a Hetzner server for something
like that.
You'll probably want to have the storage backed by S3 or compatible
from the beginning, so it's cheaper.
