your mails rejected or consistently sent to the spam folder for a
while that really grinds me down.
Google is worse as there's absolutely no possibility of an
individual response to an issue, it'll just be down to what you can
get out of any rejection message and a generic "things you might be
doing wrong" page. Sometimes you are doing something wrong,
sometimes you aren't.
Hotmail/Outlook not quite as bad as although the exemption process
will often end with a "not eligible for escalation" response, you
can just keep asking and eventually they will.
