There's no route to there from BitFolk at the moment which would
explain your problem. I'm looking into why.
This is working now - still trying to get to the bottom of what
happened.
Can confirm it's now working. The ISP this end mentioned connectivity
problems as I said earlier, but I haven't been able to get any further
information.
