[bitfolk] What do others do about swap?

Just as a bit of research I wonder if those of you who have virtual
machines at other providers could tell me:

- How they provide their swap

- If you don't like how they provide their swap, what you do to
  change it?

I think it'd be best if you let me know that off-list, so I've set
