I don't really have a good insight where people hang out in chats,
sorry, can't help there. (Most "forums" I hang out in are based on
email).
On a perhaps somewhat related note: as a company, offering support, we
got to offer access via pretty much all of the current chats, so that
people are free to use the chat program of their choice.
