SPF/DKIM/DMARC are necessary nowadays and
I've never had issues
delivering to Gmail and Hotmail/Outlook.com addresses.
For hotmail, I would say that even with that it’s very erratic. My IP
is
sometimes blacklisted, sometime not. I don’t even understand the
pattern
of it.
