I personally use DynDNS. I know they're not the cheapest out there, but I originally went to them because I was using a number of other services from them (Backup MX for one, and I used to be a heavy user of dyndns's free hostnames), plus they allowed me to synchronise my payments for services which were billed across the year. I also find their control panel easy to use and intuitive, which is more than can be said of 123-reg!
