What you have said will work, however, the normal way to exit the
console is to type ctrl-]. That should land you back at the Xen
Shell menu, so you don't have to SSH in again.
Also, since this is GNU Screen, instead of using the one window you
can create more. So by typing ctrl-a a a new window appears,
starting on the Xen Shell menu, with the old window still on the
console. You can switch between them as you usually do in Screen.
If GNU Screen is unfamiliar, it's worth learning, as you can use it
anywhere you have a shell.
