Certainly from shortly after the initial power loss, network connectivity was lost to the rest of BitFolk infrastructure. Power was restored to TFM1 around 1348Z and things have returned to sort of normality after that. There should not be any BitFolk services down at this time, although some networks are still recovering and may see packet loss. If you are still experiencing problems which you can't resolve yourself, please contact support(a)bitfolk.com. There should be an RFO provided by Telehouse which I will be keen to see..
