I want to run a later nginx, so please let us know when you can support
a more recent release.
Sure, will do. One of the tests I still have to do on the new
hardware I am preparing is to see whether Debian Lenny can support Ubuntu Xen
guest kernels from Intrepid onwards. Once two such servers are in
place I would feel comfortable offering this distribution with its
packaged kernel (two servers needed because being able to move a VPS
to another server is an option I like to give Bitfolk).
But if you really want to run a newer version of Ubuntu, as I say
the only issue is the kernel. Running a Debian Lenny kernel is not
that hard, nor is compiling your own. So that is an option.
Cheers,
Andy
