to agree on something else.

of a utility bill fairly easily.
I would have thought that it is not very much harder for someone
with a UK passport to photoshop an image of it with any name they
like on it, good enough for a scan or video chat. I don't know what
most customers look like. I don't know what most non-UK passports
look like.
But just to be clear, are you saying that if YOU had disabled
password resets and then needed it reset, you would want me to not
accept anything other than a image of a passport that claims to be
yours?
