Thanks for that tip. I've never been a widows user so had no idea that
command existed.
You may also wish to close/restart whatever app she is
using to
access the database in case it is also caching the old result.
Geneweb databases are accessed via a web browser URL, so cleared the
cache and history in Opera
That seems to have done the trick and have just been able to access
her database.
