FWIW, I have yet to reboot my machine. I suppose
it's fear: if it ain't
broke, don't fix it. ;)
The danger of course with that approach is that unless you do reboot from
time to time (particularly followin a kernel upgrade for example) then you
might not even know it's sat their broken... Arguably better to manually
reboot from time to time and, more importantly, at a time that suits you,
as you can almost guarantee that the next forced reboot will be at the
worst possible time for you to find out that you've got a problem! :-)
