I’m not sending my mails from bitfolk, but from my own
IPs, and for what
I’m aware of, gmail and yahoo are reachable once SPF and DKIM is
correct.
But for MS, it’s impossible. I’m a the point where I stopped trying, I’m
just not reaching them whatever I do. So when I have to write to someone
hosted by them, I ask for a different email address.
I got banned by them once for trying to connect to the bounce address of
a spammer and it took a bunch of waiting and hoops to get unbanned. In
the meantime, I setup my mailserver to deliver MS email through my
work's email server. You could do the same with a commercial
provider. Hosting your own mail server gives you privacy and control,
but going thought an intermediate outgoing server just for MS gives up
only a little and may be worth it.
