I have a VPS running Debian which has been fine for a

associated

the webserver by using the IP address however not by
the DNS any longer.
I
have done a whois on the .com and it is still valid
etc and reported as
being ok. This seems to be a DNS problem i should probably be looking at
the
domain name provider to solve, however i wonder if you guys have any
other
thoughts. Checking the logs on the server i can see
nothing that should
have
caused this problem but to be honest i haven't ever had to deal with
something like this.
It could be a local DNS problem. It could be about a million* things -
telling us the domain name might help. Do you host your own DNS, or is it
hosted with someone else?
