Yeah, hunter2 is an example of a password, and dictionary attacks work.
SSL certificates and authorized_keys are probably better ways to manage
authentication, PKI cards were popular at one point.
P.S. I didn't get much success with simply-static, so yeah, any of the
other static site generators would be better if the content is easy
enough to migrate.
