Have not looked and I'm currently using a very old version of
Nagios. But it's trivial to feed alerts to a script so it doesn't
seem more than a few minutes' work to make them go to twitter.
For me the time consuming part will be integration with a customer
database and the associated web interface for customers to update
this.
