I was waiting for confirmation of BitFolk's number on the register
of data controllers, but a prospective customer asked for a few
things to be clarified, so I have updated the DPA page to cover
their concerns, the things Dee asked about and some things related
to privacy which aren't covered by the Data Protection Act.

I'll update it again when the reference number comes through, but it
is even less interesting as all it gives you is the contact address
and the list of categories of information (that may be) held.
