The RAM upgrade was done for almost all customers on kwak as well
early this morning. Aside from those not eligible or who had already asked
for
downgrade, there were two customers who couldn't be accommodated.
They have already been contacted separately.
There were 11 customers who couldn't be given the upgrade; they have
been contacted and offered cheaper plans instead.
