Too late for that lot, but Postfix is told to send incoming mail to a
local inbox *and* one of several Gmail accounts, plus to bcc outgoing
email to Gmail as well.
Result: free backup of email, plus an easy webmail interface if you ever
need it.
Downside: you need to trust Google with your emails.
