Hi Jocks,
As Ander says. Also, are you logging directly into your VPS, or the
XEN host server?
You need to be logging into the XEN host server e.g.
jocke(a)console.curacao.bitfolk.com
where 'jocke' is your username, and 'curacao' is the server you are hosted
on.
