Yes, Amazon and Microsoft don't have AAAA records for their main web
sites but they do support IPv6 for their cloudy stuff (AWS and Office 365).
It's gradually getting more widespread, though - I noticed recently that
I'm starting to get more and more port scans over IPv6.
