I used to run my own dovecot, but recently switched to Cobweb Exchange hosting

www.cobweb.com<http://www.cobweb.com>)m>). You pay per user per GB of mailbox storage,
their support is very good, and I haven't had an unplanned outage yet in the year or
so I've been with them (and only one planned outage). I currently pay about £7/mth -
cant recommend them highly enough!
