Tonight at 9pm UK time (2000Z) I'm going to swap out the
recently-installed RAM in urquell for new RAM.
Last night's maintenance went to plan, but nevertheless, a few
minutes ago urquell locked up again and had to be power cycled. So,
the new RAM which was added is unlikely to be faulty and there more
be a more serious problem.
More work will be required, either a switch to spare hardware or a
replacement of motherboard at least. I will follow up with the plans
for this within the next 24 hours.
Again I do apologise to customers on urquell for the disruption.
I recognise that this is not an acceptable level of service and
there will be a decent amount of service credit offered once we've
got to the bottom of the recent problems.
