Hi Conrad, It may be common, e.g. I think PayPal does it and gives a bad exchange rate when they do, but this is a change so we have to decide whether we will go along with it. Though increasingly I think it is likely that the way we submit payments for people who provide their card details will actually be out of scope for this. i.e. even if we don't opt out I think it's only going to affect manual customer-initiated checkouts.
