Hi Ander,
If the file has already been backed up -- perhaps because you placed
your files somewhere that was being backed up and didn't realise it
until afterwards when you got an email from me saying, "all your
backup space has gone" -- then the files are already on the backup
server.
At this point you could delete the files, or list them in
.bitfolk-rsync-filter in order to exclude them, but they are still
on the backup server until your last snapshot cycles off the end.
The default schedule will keep it for 6 months. Since you don't have
write access to any of it, if you don't want those files on there
your only choice now is to ask support to delete them.
