[bitfolk] Downtime required to move customers on faustino to new hardware (Was: Unscheduled power cycle on faustino)

I won't be charging customers currently on faustino for any of the service in between when the original problem occurred (Wednesday 23rd September) and when it is rectified (hopefully Monday 5th October).
