[bitfolk] Testing out apt-cacher-ng for Debian/Ubuntu package caching

Hello, If you're a customer running Debian or Ubuntu then you're most likely making use of our apt-cacher. The apt-cacher is quite an old version, has a few small problems, and doesn't support IPv6. I'm looking to replace it with apt-cacher-ng but I'd like to test it some more first. If you'd like to help test it, please could you replace any instance of "apt-cacher" in your /etc/apt/sources.list with "test-cacher"? e.g. deb http://apt-cacher.lon.bitfolk.com/debian/ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ squeeze main becomes: deb http://test-cacher.lon.bitfolk.com/debian/ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ squeeze main No need to let me know if it works for you, only if it doesn't work for you. :) Thanks, Andy -- http://bitfolk.com/ -- No-nonsense VPS hosting "I remember the first time I made love.
