This is indeed an as-yet unfixed bug in PowerDNS core, so
unfortunately there isn't going to be a quick fix.
Switching away from PowerDNS would also not be that quick for us
either and is kind of a drastic move. Use of these records with
spaces in the record label name are very rare, and if you need to do
it then we can still offer you one authoritative server. For now if
you have these records you'll be unable to use the other two
servers.
In the mean time we'll continue to push for a fix and track progress
in our tracker:
