I should have made clearer that ideally we are looking for
volunteers with older kernels that they can't / don't intend to
upgrade them.
If you have a kernel version of 4.19 or above you are better off
switching to PVH mode directly; this is something you can do
yourself from the Xen Shell with the "virtmode" command.

From our point of view:
Best: 64-bit PVH
Okay: 64-bit PV
Not ideal: 32-bit PVH
Also not ideal: 32-bit in pvshim
Needs action: 32-bit PV
