It's not *terrible* in this email mode: It sends new topics and
replies by email in a filterable fashion; you can reply by email as
well and it threads properly. There are various features that are
only usable by the web though.
Has anyone else tried Discourse in this manner, but didn't get along
with it?
I'm wondering if the mailing list's days are done.
