Just to clarify, this happens if you are already running Buster when you
do your first update after the release.
I found that the problem could be fixed interactively. I typed "apt
update" and it asked me whether I was willing to accept each change.
Once you say yes to each it doesn't come up again.
Possibly the difference is between using "apt" and "apt-get".
Is apt-get now deprecated in favour of apt?
