I've set the reverse DNS you asked for but you won't have seen my
reply because the email address you've sent the support ticket from
(the torfree one) is bouncing with a permanent failure. I didn't
think to check if your mails to list were from a different address;
I see now they are.
So, you don't need to do the reverse DNS.
