Also picked up that the IP4 address was wrong. 3pm before next test.

Just a thought - if you change the -all to ~all then Google should
accept the message and you can view it Gmail and look at the "View
original" option where you might get more information about Google's
reasoning.
It's not just that an older version of the TXT record hasn't timed out
yet is it?
